Nightmare deactivation

Hi can anyone help? I have been attempting to verify my account for too long too even say now! I keep getting an email to say it all verified and can start selling but then once i log into my account it still states my account is deactivated…? And then once i click onto the reason why it takes me too a page to submit company info and address details along with beneficiary owner and legal representative details. I submit it and then will get an email to say i can start selling but then log in and says the same thing- account deactivated. ITS become an absolute nightmare! I would be SUPER grateful if anybody can help me x

Is this reverification ?
Check bank account is verified as well as a valid credit card

Can uou screenshot the performance notification or banner

Thankyou Little-Shop for trying to help me. Yes my account was initially created from 2020. I’ve had a delay due to personal reasons and having a baby but I have been trying to reactivate for months on end now. I’ve never sold anything on this account but changed its name as I’ve trademarked and setup a company.
Yes bank account and credit card is verified.

Yes I think it was setup as an individual account at the beginning of setup.

I did register initially under organix Ltd but thought it had changed a long while ago as I’ve gone through transferring and changing new business account information, such as; company number, bank account and new address. I have also given evidence of personal residential address and driving license details.

It’s a business bank account I’ve put through and it’s under Mama Dazzler. However, on the bank statement there’s nothing to say in my name it’s all through company name. Does that make a difference?

Sorry I’m not being very clear. I registered as an individual seller but called it organix Ltd- (it wasn’t a registered company and I didn’t really understand the system) and then changed it too mama dazzler which is a registered business using the transfer account button.

Hi, I have filled in the legal entity section before. But I have restarted the legal entity form again. However, these have popped up like the previous time. What do you recommend I do? Or which one should I complete first maybe?
