Brand Registry Trademark Status
While doing the brand registry, we are reading the guidelines and noticed that for the help page at Seller Central Help -> Amazon Brand Registry -> Country-specific trademark information -> Trademark information for the US, the trademark status shall be one of the listed status before it is permitted for brand registry. One of the listed trademark status is "Live/registration/awaiting examination", however, it seems the TM5 common status is "LIVE/APPLICATION/Awaiting Examination" after it is accepted by the office as on the uspto site. It seems to me the trademark status "Live/registration/awaiting examination" on the help page shall be "Live/application/awaiting examination" as it is under the pending category and this status looks to be the one after accepted by the office.
