I had a video verification interview for my Sweden store, which was successfully completed. On July 28, 2025, I received an email stating that the funds held in my account had been released. However, despite the time that has passed since then, the funds are still not available, and I am unable to withdraw them to my bank account.

I kindly request a detailed review of this issue to determine why the funds have not yet been released. If the problem is due to any action required on my part, please inform me accordingly. If not, I would appreciate it if the funds could be released as soon as possible.
