Used item returned to Seller

FBS item sold returned by custome after 50 days obviously well used. No packaging, and all labels removed. Dirty. Amazon refunded at first click. Refuses to grant us a 50% return of money according to our policy regarding used items. This has happened twice, no matter how many times we submit a safe-t claim with the pictures and description. They have only refunded the original shipping. How can amazon allow for customers to be this abusive to the system.
