Our company was set-up in 2019-2020 and since then we have worked with couple of agencies. We could see that there are many other sellers selling on our listing and we want to open counterfeiting issues via Brand Registry.

The issue here is that even if we are admin of seller central, we are not admin of our Brand Registry account. We have also reached out to brand registry team and they have replied us that since we are not the admin, we could not have access to Brand Registry.

We have all the trademarks, documents, USPTO, but we need to know who is th admin of our Brand Registry account.

Could you please advise who is the admin of our Brand Registry account and if there is any procedure of updating the admin as well.
