Hello Amazon moderators,
We urgently need help escalating Amazon.se Seller Support case **13168834552**.
During the setup of Swedish listings, numerical GBP/EUR prices were transferred without being converted into SEK. For example, an intended price of approximately £35/€35 appeared as approximately SEK 35 rather than roughly SEK 400.
This was specifically a currency-conversion failure—not an intentional discount, promotion or ordinary pricing decision.
The incident resulted in several hundred FBA orders containing more than 1,300 units, including unusually large quantities. We identified the error within hours, closed all affected Swedish offers, disabled the pricing source, opened a support case and supplied Amazon with the affected order IDs.
Because the orders are fulfilled by Amazon, Seller Central provides no cancellation option, and the orders continue progressing through fulfilment.
A recent Amazon response in another forum discussion stated that cancellations for FBA pricing issues may be considered where the cause was currency conversion or a promotion/deal error:

Could an Amazon moderator please review case **13168834552** and urgently escalate it for:
1. Cancellation of affected Pending and Unshipped orders.
2. An immediate FBA shipment intervention.
3. Fulfilment centres to sideline affected units before dispatch.
4. Interception of progressing shipments wherever operationally possible.
We are withholding order IDs, SKUs and reports from this public post because they contain commercially sensitive and customer information. All supporting evidence has been provided privately in the case.
This is our first incident of this nature, and preventive pricing and approval controls have already been implemented.
Thank you for any urgent assistance.
