If the Amazon website is the Polish Amazon website, the following Selling on Amazon fee schedule applies (all fees are VAT exclusive).

Selling fees

When your item sells, Amazon collects the amount paid by the buyer (including the item price and any shipping, gift wrap, or other charges). Amazon shipping rates apply to all products sold by sellers with an Individual selling plan. Only sellers with a Professional selling plan can offer gift wrap.

Selling on Amazon subscription fee

• Professional selling plan: PLN 165.91 per month*
• Individual selling plan: no subscription fee

*The Professional selling plan fee applies when you have active listings only in Amazon’s European stores (United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, and Belgium). If you have active listings in additional countries via merged accounts, a different fee may apply. For more information, go to Monthly subscription fee FAQ and Merging accounts.

Per-item fees

• Professional selling plan: no per-item fee
• Individual selling plan: a per-item fee of PLN 4 for each product sold

Referral fees

• Sellers pay a referral fee on each item sold.
• Promotional rates mentioned below apply until March 31, 2023.
• For all products, Amazon deducts the applicable referral fee percentage calculated on the total sales price. The total sales price is the total amount paid by the buyer, including the item price and any delivery or gift-wrapping charges.

To find the fee category of a product, go to Manage Inventory and do the following:

• Enter the SKU or ASIN of the product into the Search box.
• Click the value in the Estimated fees per unit sold column.
• Click the info icon next to the Referral fee value to view the fee category of the product.

Referral fees vary by category, as listed below.

** The referral fee rates for FBA selection are valid for the promotional period until March 31, 2023.

*** Mobile Phones and Accessories will be charged at 4.5% for the promotional period until March 31, 2023.

Closing fee

Sellers also pay a closing fee per media item that is sold. This is PLN 4 for Books, PLN 3 for Music, PLN 3 for DVD and Video and PLN 3 for Video Games (Games, Accessories and Consoles) and Software.

Refund administration fee

If you refund a customer for an order for which you have already received payment, Amazon will refund you the amount of the referral fee you paid for the items, minus the applicable refund administration fee, which is the lesser of PLN 20 or 20% of the applicable referral fee.

For example, if you refund a customer the PLN 40 total sales price of an item in a category with a 15% referral fee, your refund administration fee will be PLN 1.2 (PLN 40 x 15% referral fee = PLN 6, PLN 6 x 20% refund administration fee = PLN 1.2).
