Like I said in the tile, we sell in Amazon Europe, we do not bill Germany to Sweden, but one day just 6 minutes, there were suddenly 35 wrong orders happened in Sweden site, we did not list this product and sure we did not set price, this is all fault of Amazon's system!!!!
The orders are all with very very low price, we ask Amazon's Service staff to cancel these orders when we found them, just 30 minutes after they happened, but Amazon's Service team does not cancel them right away, we keep on have cases, but they just ask us to wait for reply and do nothing, a few days later, all orders go into inbound process, the service team tell us they cannot cancel because they are already in the inbound process, we ask for compensation but they tell us do not have this process and say this is our fault???????? So disgusting Amazon Service team!!!!
And by the way, this is the second time the same situation happened!!!! Last time we suffered loss too!!!! As a seller, we cannot get Amazon's fair treatment and suffer loss from Amazon continuously, and now in our Sweden's account balance, it still shows that we owe Amazon money, we just want to get our loss back.
